Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the SiteVila website (the "Service") operated by JK Digital Services ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Services

SiteVila provides website development and maintenance services as described on our website. The scope of services for each plan (Starter, Business Pro, Full Ownership) is detailed in the Pricing section of our homepage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

2. Payments

For subscription plans (Starter, Business Pro), fees are billed on a monthly basis and are non-refundable. For the Full Ownership plan, a one-time payment is required. All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your service.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing all necessary content, images, and information required for the website development in a timely manner. You agree that all materials provided are either owned by you or that you have the legal right to use them.

4. Intellectual Property

For subscription plans, SiteVila retains ownership of the website design and source code. You are granted a license to use the website for the duration of your subscription. For the Full Ownership plan, all rights and the complete source code of the website are transferred to you upon full payment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SiteVila or JK Digital Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
